Counterstrike Conditioning is a more aggressive, contact-based kickboxing class using a mix of strikes and blocks to tone muscle and gain strength using a variety of hanging bags, speed bags, kick shields, pylometrics, tires, hammers, heavy medicine balls, and self-defense to bring you heart-pounding strength and extreme cardio training. Coupled with 2 days of Spin indoor cycling.
